Exhibiting
An exhibition area is available at all ViB events. As an exhibitor you will be able to meet speakers and delegates and present your products and services to them. The number of exhibitors is strictly limited and space is typically distributed on a first come first served basis. ViB events will supply the space and we can organise a power point and a telephone link for you. You can also have two people manning the exhibition stand and attend the two-day conference. The cost to exhibit is three times the delegate fee.
Sponsored Lunch or Evening Cocktail
This includes a guest presentation slot at the lunch or cocktail reception, free delegate spaces to the conference and free guest places at the lunch or cocktail reception. We will determine your specific requirements, including seating arrangements, directly with you then arrange the entire occasion with the hotel on your behalf. Sponsors' details may be included on the brochure which is mailed to 30,000+ relevant senior decision makers in the UK and Europe. Sponsors can add to their exposure at the event using signage, handouts and other such collateral.
Logo on the Front of the Conference Brochure and Advertising in the Brochure
You can display your company logo on the front of the conference brochure and put promotional text inside the brochure. The brochure is mailed to 30,000+ relevant senior decision-makers in the UK and throughout Europe. Your logo will appear on the front of the brochure and you will have a free delegate place for the conference for someone other than the speaker.
Sponsored Dinner
This includes free delegate spaces to the conference, free guests to the dinner and a guest speaker at the dinner. We will determine your specific requirements including seating arrangements directly with you and then arrange the entire occasion with the hotel on your behalf. Branding as per lunch. Sponsors' details may be included on the brochure mailed to 30,000+ relevant decision makers in the UK and Europe. We will help you target VIP's and send out separate formal invites for the dinner to the delegates. We will help arrange corporate hospitality and after dinner entertainment to make it a truly memorable evening.
Senior Commercial Sponsorship
You will have input on the programme right from its research and development phase. Your company name will figure prominently throughout the brochure. You will be positioned as an expert solutions provider in the area covered by the conference. You are guaranteed to either chair, speak or both. Your logo goes onto the conference brochure and can benefit from having promotional text in the brochure, which is mailed to 30,000 + relevant senior decision-makers in the UK and Europe who are potential delegates and customers. You are also eligible for free delegate spaces during the event.
Exclusive Sponsorship
In addition to the benefits of Senior Commercial Sponsorship, you will be able to veto other potential sponsors and speakers on the programme. Exclusive sponsorship includes a guaranteed speaking and chairing slot, free delegates, power of veto of other sponsors and exhibitors, logo on the conference brochure and promotional text in the brochure and in the conference documentation, logo behind the registration desk and on the filler slide between presentations.
